We do not bill Medicare for any services provided in our clinic.

Our patients cannot bill Medicare for any services provided in our clinic.

We can refer our patients to specialists, therapists, and specialty testing.

Medicare insurance can still be used for services provided outside of our clinic, such as medications from pharmacies, appointments with specialists, or for specialty services, such as imaging, labs drawn outside of our clinic, physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc. 

Patients with Medicare insurance are required by Medicare to sign the following Medicare Opt-out Contract to participate as a member in a DPC:
